Try a king acting beta blocker like bisoprolol combined with a traditional diet. Modern restrictions in diet can cause these and other problems. Diet restrictions are popular but not healthy. Reduce sugar jaggery but be willing to eat traditional foods.
It appears it is due to anxiety. However, if the palpitations are prolonged or persist for a long time get complete blood count, ecg and serum tsh done.
