1) as period is a day away normally no chance of pregnancy (assuming you did not have sex earlier in this cycle)
2) precum does not cause pregnancy (however most are not sure about precum)
3) cosidering both above if this was the only sex in this cycle no need to take 4) after taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later (means if taken near expected period date it gets delayed), and then a new cycle starts.

1) only intercourse after last period can lead to pregnancy.
2) most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- gynecologist.

In pcos ovulation- release of an ovum is deranged because of hormonal changes. So long time different trials are required to treat same so with patience continue consulting gynecologist or infertility specialist in whom you have trust.

If you start loette a day after your withdrawal bleed, and take it regularly as prescribed, it will protect you against pregnancy provided you do not skip any tablets in between.
