Many times it's natural response of the body when there is nervousness, excitement etc. Learn more from the internet about our body (human physiology and sexual health and how to maintain good health) and be empowered with facts and science so that you don't fall into trap of myths and false beliefs. Do invest time to exercise and do Yoga (at least for 30 minutes every day) which will help you relax mentally and physically and keep you strong and energetic.
