Hi
some of the home remedies can be used for oral hygiene and those can manage gum problems and tooth problems to some extent
1. Rinse mouth with salty leukwarm water
2. You can use aloe vera juice as mouthwash. Keep aloe vera juice in mouth for 2-3minites then spit it.
3. Mix mustard oil 2-3 drops with salt and brush your teeth with that mixture.
If excess problem is there please do consult dentist.

Once the teeth get periodontal problems ... It needs first basic cleaning .. so as to stop.. prevent gum disease further .. if it doesn't help .. then a full mouth x-ray is advised to check for relationship n of teeth with gums and bone .. thirdly .. you may be advised for advanced gingival flap Procedures ... Which include flap surgeries , bonegrafts if required . Or deep cleaning and root planning ..
