Yes it can be treated completely surgery is dependent on grade of periodontist if you don’t want surgery then regular check up and teeth cleaning (scaling) required and maintenance of oral hygiene required no it can’t be cured by homeo medicine.

some of the home remedies can be used for oral hygiene and those can manage gum problems and tooth problems to some extent
1. Rinse mouth with salty leukwarm water
2. You can use aloe vera juice as mouthwash. Keep aloe vera juice in mouth for 2-3minites then spit it.
3. Mix mustard oil 2-3 drops with salt and brush your teeth with that mixture.
If excess problem is there please do consult dentist.

I wonder if she is still suffering from pyorreaha which started at the age of 12 I think you consult a dentist in person n get correct diagnosis.

Once the teeth get periodontal problems ... It needs first basic cleaning .. so as to stop.. prevent gum disease further .. if it doesn't help .. then a full mouth x-ray is advised to check for relationship n of teeth with gums and bone .. thirdly .. you may be advised for advanced gingival flap Procedures ... Which include flap surgeries , bonegrafts if required . Or deep cleaning and root planning ..

No med will help get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night massage gums.

As per your query and words it sounds you are suffering from periodontitis (pyorrhea).
Reason for periodontitis is improper brushing.
I advice you to visit a Periodontist (Gum specialist, get it checked.
If it's mild he will do the Scaling (professional cleaning) and if condition is sever he might advice you flap procedure.
And do ask for proper brushing technique so this thing should not reoccur.

You should go for flap surgery if the dentist has so suggested, but offcourse after a deep cleaning and curettage.

You can apply gum paint and massage your gums with .so as to see .if you are getting relief if not the kindly visit dentist for the same.

Please go and visit a dentist and get cleaning (scaling) of teeth done. There is no home remedy for this problem of yours.

Avoid toothpaste which are made with flurides. Try ayurvedic based and better to use dasanakanthi choornam for brushing. Before going to bed gargles with lightly warm salt water.
