It takes some time after taking antibiotics for the infection to come down.
You need to be evaluated for postcoital bleeding. Get a thorough exam by a gynecologist in person. Doctor will take a look at your cervix as well and see what the cause is

My personal advice is not to use it. A combination of antibiotics covering gram-ve and +ve micro organism is the treatment of choice.

If you are symptoms free, just relax but be cautious of any discharge / fever / pain. If all is well you do not need to worry but personally I feel a probiotic will do you good.
