Hi, I am Dr. Deepak. Rathi, Ayurveda Specialist. Aaj mein aap ko btaunga pilonidal sinus ke bare mein. Ye ek foda hota hai jismein baal chale jate hain. Patient sochta hai ki ye normal hai or patient Dr ke pass nhi jata hai. Patient ko baad mein pta chalta hai is disease ke bar mein. Isme andar rasta ban jata hai and cavity hoti hai. Is cavity mein pus and infection hota hai. Baal ikathe ho jate hain. Jinka sitting job hota hai unke is part mein pain hota hai. Friction ki vajha se baal tut kr iske andar chale jate hain jisse infection hota hai.

Ye problem tab tak thik nhi hoti hai jab tak ismein se baal na nikal diya jayein. Iska treatment medicines, surgery ya fir sharsutra therapy se kia jata hai. Medicines se iska treatment pura nhi hota hai. Surgery se ismein recurrence ke chances badh jate hain. Ayurveda mein thread use kia jata hai. Ye ek medicated herbal thread hai jo treatment mein use kia jata hai. Ismein medicines use ki jati hai thread ke sath and operate kia jata hai. Is se pus and hair remove ho jate hain.
