not unless it get complicated with postero superior ulcer perforating through diaphgrm to cause pleurisy or gas under diaphrgm.

You could be suffering pleuritic pain and need a checkup. No specific treatment and only antibiotics and syrups for cough will work.

I m suffering from pleurisy tuberculosis treatment started before 1.5 months and I was feeling better after treatment but since couple of weeks im suffering from cough and low grade fever I discussed with my doctor and he examined and said its because of cold not related to tuberculosis. Is there any chance of drug resistance?

Hello Doctor, I am 58 years old and had an umbilical hernia for 10 years -no symptoms during surgery for burst appendix in December 2017 the surgeon stitched it up I was told that a mesh was not placed because of the septic condition will a CT scan show whether its intact? I have suffering from chest pain (in middle of chest or below the throat. I was smoker earlier but from last few month I quit smoking, When I smoke much chest pain increases. In normal I did not feel pain but when I twist my body then I feel it. When ever I want to start doing gym but after 5, 6 days I feel little fever. Approx 98 or 99'F and chest pain and throat infection increases. After taking rest for 4, 5 days it decreases. I am having this pain for last five year. I am pure vegetarian in food habit, not even eating egg. I have search that the problem I am facing which having most the symptom similar to pleurisy chest pain. It might be due to bacterial or viral infection in chest. I want to continue gym but unfortunately I cant do it. Could you please suggest on this.

I have been suffering from anxiety for a quite considerable time now, and for same I was taking etizola beta. 25.But I gave up the medicine a month back and yesterday the same symptoms show off there way back. And I brought up the medicine but it couldn't relive me of heaviness on left side. I wrote down it to a physician he told me to have a digital x-ray done ,it can be pleurisy. But 3 moths back I underwent every test, and consulted doctors from physician to cardiologist and finally to psychiatrist. Everything was alright as per tests and doctors view. Sir can you now tell me is it necessary to underwent x-ray once more?

If all the symptoms were like previous one, you need not go for x-ray. However I do not know that based on what finding X ray is asked for. Etizola beta will temporarily relief of symptoms.
