• Drink a warm glass of water early in the morning.
• Eat fiber rich diet.
• Have steamed vegetables daily as it is, or blended into a soup form
• Have a banana at breakfast daily.
• Cut down on coffee, milk products.

if u have fever or oozing of pus from stitches then chances of infection are more. Otherwise the internal stitches will be still raw. so they can pain also. u have to maintain clear bowels and urine. for that minimum solids and only liquids should be taken.

Dear user its really frustrating at your end however keep a note that once the infection is controlled the discharge will cease, for now continue with the antibiotics with regular clean with suggested antiseptic wash and do keep a check on sugar level as often its missed cause of continuation of infection and or slow healing process.
