I am a 32 years male suffering from ankylosing spondylitis from past 2 and half years. I have been taking jakura5 (tofacitinib) for past 8 months, but my esr and crp levels are not decreasing. I get severe back pain at night which disturbs my sleep, however there is no pain during day time, mostly due to my routine exercises in the morning. 2) any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting the same naturally must meet a gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting the fact that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. I havs ankylosing spondylitis for almost 20 years now and I have been taking etoricoxib 90 mg daily once, sulphasalazine 500 twice a day, folic acid tabs and methotrexate 2 days a week for almost 18 years now due to long periods of taking nsaid etoricoxib my doctor told Mr. my kidney is showing early signs of failure. Also I have been taking bp medicines telmisartan for the past 2 years. I have mow been advised to completely stop etoricoxib and I have to advised to take paracetamol 1000 mg instead and when extreme pain waverdol. I have tried both but my pain is too extreme and all my joint hurts a lot. I am taking nirgundi ras too for thr past 1 week along with paracetamol but pain is still unbearable. Any alternative solutions in ayurveda that is safe for my kidneys and liver and which can help me with my pain in the long run. I would really appreciated any help on this please.

To be honest, one injection will mostly not cure the illness. Ankylosing spondylitis can be a disabling condition leading to many problems. You will need physical therapy along with other medication as well as clinical assessment and other blood investigations. The duration of treatment will ultimately depend on the disease severity which will be clear if you consult an orthopaedician/rheumatologist for the same.
