In my recent blood report it has shown that have high potassium, low sodium and 8l platelets count. Can anyone suggest what food we need to avoid in this condition. Note: recently undergone splenectomy surgery. Thank you.

How to reverse excess pitta in the body? I have hyperacidity and gerd. Thanks to some of the genuine doctors here who gave the reason behind it is pitta dosha. And I am having excess pitta dosha. I have a heartburn kind of feeling every three days once in a week. Its like two days the acid reflux is gone and after 5 days it will come back. This has been has been happening since last month.
