Sinus headaches may be more likely because of the nasal congestion and runny nose that are common in early pregnancy. Hunger and low levels of blood sugar can trigger headaches, too. Women who suddenly stop their morning coffee and sodas may experience caffeine withdrawal headaches. This can also bring on a headache.

Most women notice changes in their breasts early in pregnancy. The hormones in your body change to prepare for breastfeeding. As this occurs, your breasts may feel tender and swollen. You might notice small bumps forming in the area around your nipples.
It takes about 1 week for the cervix to return to its normal size but 4 to 6 weeks to heal completely from labor and delivery. During labor and delivery your vagina is stretched and injured so it is swollen and has lost its elasticity.

Hi lybrate-user
Purslane is richest source of Omega 3 fatty acids and OXALATE minerals. It also has ALA which prevents Cardiac diseases
But as you are pregnant, this Purslane will NOT BE ADVISABLE to you. As it can increase uterine contractions. And Can lead to miscarriage. So better avoiding PURSLANE in pregnancy.
