Pressure of stool doesn't come from water alone. It comes from food. Take plenty of fruits and fibre rich diet. Avoid spicy, fried and junk food. Additional fibre like isabagole may be taken once a day. If you do not get relief please get yourself examined by a surgeon. Thanks.
