Prostate Cancer is a form of cancer that affects men. is it a diagnosed case of carcinoma prostate ? if not ask for a proctoscopic biopsy from the prostate gland and then let me know. as only increased PSA is not an indication of cancer, to prove it Biopsy will be required.

Dear mam, side effects of intensity modulated radiation therapy for carcinoma prostate could be rectal reactions like difficulty in passing motions, painful defecation or burning in the rectal passage, urinary frequency, burning urination, Urethritis. Rarely there can be erectile dysfunction and incontinence.
