There is as such no cream available. You can go for Kegal's exercises. Please browse the net and read about it. Must do them for stleast 3 to 4 month to see some improvement. Surgical tightening of the muscle central also be done in a hospital.

There is no cream meant for vaginal tightening. You can go to a physiotherapist to learn Kegal's exercises.

If you think you need to get vaginal tightening done there are surgical procedures for that. I don't think creams will work. However I'm not 100% sure.

There are no pills but you may do kegels bridge hold, weighted squads and pelvic thrust to strengthen muscles. Some safe, effective and economic herbs are also available to be used in yoni pichu (vaginal seab) for giving local effects of tightening.

They are usually not that effective.. if you want then you will have to go for reconstructive surgery of vagina...

No medication is risk free,,but vaginal tightening cream have very few side effects,,u can use it once in a day for one month atlst,,when u feel tightening has happen stop using that
