it is better to tell the symptoms rather than telling a self diagnosis like "tight levator ani" for better understanding for the practitioners like us. there is very much possibility of biased , failed treatment if we are pre decided on the diagnosis. thanks for understanding my view.
anyways, probably sitting on warm water and applying one anal ointment will help. also avoid constipation and straining.

We will put a stitch in anal region under local anesthesia. From the very next day; it will stop coming out. Along with this you need to do some regular exercise advised.
