hello....there is no special diet for RD surgery but i advise u to take balanced diet....
regarding precaution...get our eye check up done at regular intervals....but no specific precaution for same eye after initial 2 weeks of care (avoid dust and water exposure to operated eye for initial 2 weeks after surgery )

Retinal detachment is an emergency eye condition in which the retina at the back of the eye gets separated from the surrounding tissue and pulls away from its normal position.
