No, alcohol or non vegetarian food does not cause/aggravate scabies. Food does not affect scabies so that you can have any type of food. Alcohol is unhealthy for everybody so it can not be recommended, however as mentioned earlier it has no relation with scabies.
Cause of your red bumps and itching may be allergy. Approach a physician to guide you regarding this.

tretinoin may work in very early stretch marks when used for a period of atleast 6 months. If you do not see any benefit after using it for sufficient duration, please consult a dermatologist for discussing alternative therapy.
