Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine that most often is diagnosed in adolescents. While scoliosis can occur in people with conditions such as cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy, the cause of most childhood scoliosis is unknown.
Most cases of scoliosis are mild, but some curves worsen as children grow. Severe scoliosis can be disabling. An especially severe spinal curve can reduce the amount of space within the chest, making it difficult for the lungs to function properly.

It is possible to correc the scoiiosis if the curvature is less than 30 degree, how intense correction exercises has to be done on an average time of 1 hour per day for next 3 years time and also proper corrective brace should be used to correct the curvature. We can help you with that provided you give the measurements to us. We have two clients who are undergoing rehabilitation exercises at our clinic in the age group of 15 and 21 years.

this resting pose stretches and lengthens your spine, glutes, and hamstrings. The child’s pose helps to release tension in your lower back and neck.
To do this:
1.Sit on your shinbones with your knees together, your big toes touching, and your heels splayed out to the side.
2.Fold forward at your hips and walk your hands out in front of you.
