You are obviously lacking self control and need external restraints from your family perhaps to contain the smoking when visiting home. Loss of control over the addiction is not surprising since that is a major part of the enslavement to substances. That also means that if you want you can give it up anywhere, anytime. You have been smoking quite a bit for 5 years. It is not possible to say whether you will get cancer from this indulgence because there are too many vagaries that can give one the disease and not another. So do not worry about that but do quit and live a healthy life. It is never too late to change. The habit can be very difficult to halt because of the many conditions attached to smoking. smoking is injurious to health. Smoking can have serious effects on your life. The longer you smoke, the more damage you do to your body. If you want to quit smoking then take the below treatment:- take tabacum 200, 5 drops once in a week and arnica 30 ch, 5 drops once daily. Daphne indica 1x, 2 tabs twice daily.
Revert me after 1 month.
