No need to worry. Usually single sting causes only local symptoms burning pain, swelling redness, itching. These require just symptomatic treatment only. Following things would help you 1) ice fomentation 2) pain killer if pain is unbearable 3) antihistamine tablet for itching if my reply was helpful kindly leave a feedback.

Dear user, that depends on many factors such as type of worm, location of the bite, status of diabetes whether under treatment or not. Usually it resolves on its own. If the size of the bite becomes like an ulcer, then you have to get the wound cleaned at a hospital nearby and should be started on antibiotics.
