Hi,
if it's just a muscular injury then take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it.
Get back to me thereafter.

Please note that it is the muscular sprain you are having due to you workouts. I advise you should refrain for some days to the workouts and take rest till the time you find yourself comfortable.
Secondly do not take weight more than you can manage.
Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.
