Vaginal ulcer operation happened of my mother ,as per biopsy report Moderately differentiated infiltrating squamous cell, carcinoma and in MRI pelvis report findings evidence of an enlarged lymph node (about 20mmx 11 mm) with restricted diffusion, seen in left internal iliac group along with similar prominent lymph node in right internal iliac group and enlarged similar lymph node in left inguinal region (about 24x16 cm. A prominent lymph node seen in right inguinal region .likely metastatic. CT Upper Abdomen report .small calculus measuring 2.5 mm in interpolation calyx of right kidney .impression: Case of Vulval CA evaluation. Need suggestions. Operation need to be required? Can it remove through medicine? Can she lead as normal life if operation happened? Chomo to be required?

I did ct scan and it said  few enlarged left para aortic lymph nodes inferior to the left renal hilum. Clinical correlation with further relevant examination / follow up and sos contrast scan is suggested.  no free fluid in abdomen.  no radiodense renal calculi or hydroureteronephrosis. I've no symptoms at all related to my stomach.

size of the lymph nides also mater. Usually subcentimere sized nodes are due to infection from bacteria and viruses. If you do not have fever, cough, weight loss etc, generally there is no need to worry.

Whenever I get really bad cold or fever I notice a swollen lymph node in neck which is like in the size of pepper or peanut. It appears only when I get cold but stays for years and never go away. Two years before I found two swollen nodes when I had severe cold and fever and it never gone down or grew. And this week I again had a bad cold and found another swollen lymph node.

Hi I am 25 years old 2 years ago I had dry cough (3-4 weeks )and fever and a small swollen lymph nodes in my left side of neck and pain in my testicular left side .after I did check hiv antibiotics 4 times one after 14 days and second after 3 months and third after 6 month and last was 1.2 years all test was negative because.(i did sex with my gf she has some problems like irregular menstruated and cyst in ovary) so I check this time.
