Hello. It is very difficult to predict in such situation. By daily reports only we can come to a conclusion that in what direction the case is progressing. As per the GCS and normal reports it seems that the case many turn out to be on positive side. Still we need more details to suggest anything in proper way.

A hematoma if small will get absorbed on its own. You can take sitz bath (sit in a hot water tub, take some analgesics. Do not strain while defecating, can use a mild laxative.
