You have enlarged lymph nodes and it can be due to TB and hence ESR is increased and you need check up and medication in full course.

See you need to take second opinion from another doctor. May be it’s a case of sinusitis. U start doing this
1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

Swollen nodes are most commonly due to throat or dental infection. Second most common cause in India is tuberculosis. The third cause is cancer, which may be lymphoma, thyroid or head and neck cancer.
Please see a head and neck surgeon or a surgical oncologist. They would examine you and May ask for an USG neck with FNAC or core Biopsy.
