Tb infection first affects the lungs in the form a primary focus and local lymph node enlargement. It's called as primary complex. Almost all children will have this. Sudden high fever,severe headache,severe bone ,joint pain,pain behind the eyes,fatigue,nausea,vomiting.Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times after food,drink plenty of water and take rest.Monitor blood platelet and if it is falling down and you develop skin rashes and you develop bleeding episodes like nose and gum bleeding,consult doctor immediately

1. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily
2. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily
3.. Take honitus syrup 2tsf thrice daily
4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief .5. consult for further advice
