Tb infection first affects the lungs in the form a primary focus and local lymph node enlargement. It's called as primary complex. Almost all children will have this. If it becomes progressive due to suppresseof immunity then it's called progressive primary complex. Common presentation of this in children is low grade prolonged fever.

Sudden high fever,severe headache,severe bone ,joint pain,pain behind the eyes,fatigue,nausea,vomiting.Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever.
