Start having wholesome food ( natural or organic ) and avoid all kinds of junk food and sweetened beverages. Start exercising for 30 minutes everyday. Have patience and wait for the body to adapt to the healthy lifestyle. Do not worry about Diabetes but take all the healthy measures. Learn Yoga ( pranayam and meditation also ) which can be very beneficial for you.

You are normal. Do not worry. If you have any specific problem please mention that. If need be then get an Insulin assay done to see if you have excess Insulin. Otherwise, to me there is absolutely no issue. Thanks.

Both are not good.
Hypoglycemia is acute event and hyperglycemia takes few days to develop.
Hypoglycemia requires immediate correction and can be corrected in short time if diagnosis is correct.
