Peripheral neuropathy may be caused by severe, long-term, untreated hypothyroidism. You are saying you have hypothyroidism and sugar problem but it appears you are taking only eltroxin tablets for correction of hypothyroidism. What about diabetes treatment? diabetes rarely produces any noticeable symptoms until it becomes really severe. Hypothyroidism is unlikely to add to diabetic symptoms. Basically feeling weak, tired and lethargic are the symptoms one notices.

Symptoms of thyroid disorder are usually non specific. Symptoms of hypothyroidism are feeling tired, feeling cold, low appetite, constipation, little wt gain etc. Opposite happens in hyperthyroidism. Females have irregular periods in both hypo and hyperthyroidism.
