Loss of appetite, vomiting sensation, fever and possibly jaundice are the symptoms of liver damage. Chicke pox starts with fever headache, bodyache and watery eruption all ove body starting form face chest back and spreading to legs. Older ones dry and newer ones appear with watre collection. May stay for 5 - 7 days.

Overdose of anything can be potentially damaging. When we talk of vitamins, the water soluble vitamins B and C are excreted in urine when taken in larger than required quantities, but fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K are stored in liver and are not excretedin urine. Their overdosage does cause toxicity hence any intake in excess of required quantity is not recommended.
