You will start getting pains in back and lower abdomen, going in to legs
you will start discharging mucus like plug through vagina, or bloody discharge through vagina, you will feel more like going to urination daily food should be reach in pulses, vegetables, fruits, eggs if possible. 4 times small quantities will be benificial.

Dryness of skin can be due to weather, hormonal changes etc. Apply moisturiser regularly and use skin ph friendly facial cleansers. Also take care of following points:
