Dear Lybrate user, Please do normally mouth open & close 4-5 times without any clicking sound twice daily only. You know when click sound come,so u have to open mouth only within range . Avoid repetitive movt. it'll cure within some weeks. Do normal active movt. Avoid extra pressure. Good luck.

Tm disfunction is one of the few problems we encounter in our clinical practices. It has few etiology. A thorough investigation can be carried out to detect the exact problem. 1 .mouth opening (restricted mouth opening )2. Clicking sound (while opening and closing) 3.
