Yes. However level of fracture needs to be assessed. Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray, tmj open & closed mouth) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then have soft diet.

Yeah it might due to your pcod and also due to stress. Try to take bath in the bath tub with aroma soaps and oils which will definitely help you to get out of stress and also will facilitate to have sound sleep.
