Yes at times it does happen that grafted bone does not grow 100% & hence your tooth is still weak. You can either wait & check if the bone healing improves or you can get a smile design done which will improve your smile to some extent. It is not an alternative to braces but in some cases smile design gives better result than braces.

do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age. If you are sure that all 4 teeth got completely lost without any piece remaining in his bone then either you can wait for 2-3 years for permanent teeth to erupt or can go to dentist for temporary replacement options for lost teeth. Hello dear, bone loss cannot be rectified by any medication, moreover treatment can be done depending on the type of bone loss (horizontal /vertical). Without visitng the clinician it cannot be diagnosed properly. As a precautionary measure get your scaling done frequqently depending on your oral hygeine status.

Get a opg xray done n send picture of that on line to understand it better than adv you accordingly.

usual timings are bit late for upper front teeth, though this has fallen early as per routine, so wait for 3 months if it doesn't come then go for examination.

it can be due to a cavity in your tooth that is infected. sprouts block pus exit. get it checked for need of RCT

You need an opg (full mouth radiograph) to check presence, position of tooth and possibility of treatment.
