Get a xray of the tooth done by visiting a dentist. It can be carious .get it restored.

Hello Sir, Use desensitizing tooth paste in particular region. Apply it over tooth leave there for 2-3 min then do the brushing. If sensitivity continues visit your dentist.

It is common to have it after cleaning.
