Avoid sitting on hard surface
Preferably use air cushion. Meant for this problem .It has hole in centre so pressure is avoided over coccyx
Hot fomentation
When you getup from sitting position put pressure on your handsand transfer weight in front then it will be less painful to getup
Analgesic
In severe. Cases one can go for corticosteroid injection locally
This condition normally takes 4to6 months to recover so have patience.

Hello lybrate-user. Pls let me know the eye drop which he has used or using presently. Uveitis following jra is little tough to manage. U have shown to some eye specialist. He must have done retinal examination also. Send those papers also.

You have taken medication more than you needed. If you have fever go for blood culture and sensitivity test and then use suitable antibiotic. Otherwise if no fever eat freshly prepared food avoid nonveg and eat more greens and fruits.
