Yes. However level of fracture needs to be assessed. Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray, tmj open & closed mouth) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then have soft diet.

Yes in starting you will be feeling pain while performing and after exercises. Take a break of atleast 2min in between exercises, take good calcium rich diet.
Suggest you to do exercises under expert super vision, so that the exercises will be performed in a correct rythm to avoid pains and injuires, after a week you can do it by yourself.
