She's on a high dose of thyroxine it is essential to follow your doctor's advice and get her thyroid profile checked. I have never seen such a dosage regimen for hypothyroidism. But the treatment protocol may vary from physician to physician.

In view of your opioid dependence, you should get admitted at a psychiatric hospital or an approved de-addiction center for the management of your illness. If even after your leg amputation, you are unable to control the substance use, that itself shows that the severity of the illness is quite high. So, contact your nearest hospital at the earliest.

Hi. Secnil forte is an antimicrobial medicine used to treat infections. It contains secnidazole as main ingredient. You should not consume alcohol while on medication as it may increase your infection. I advise is you to contact your doctor who has prescribed the above medication and get treated for the same.

Hello, suptink had no such side effects.
Advice
assessment of vitamin d b12 t3t4 tsh advisable.
Till then
tab neurokind od one at night for two weeks.
Calcijointd3sachet or tablet once a week after breakfast for four weeks.
(clonazepam 0.5+propranolol 20)-1 at night for two weeks.
If feel better continue it for two months.
Advice
