Kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. The cost of the treatment depends on various factors like dentist to dentist, area where you are going to be treated and if you get bleaching done then it may depend on the material.

Hi
you need to visit your Dentist immediately. Let him check if it can be restored or not. He might ask for an x-ray for the same tooth. Get it done. And for all this you need to visit dentist personally, we can't fill it up online. Have a great day

A small black mark could be decay. It could also just be a stain. But if it went away after brushing then it chances are that it is just food particle or debris because decay or caries can never be removed by brushing. Please visit a dentist to get it filled or cleaned out during the early stages.

Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars," these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

Hi
it is normal for the the upper front teeth (central incisors) be still unerupted 6 months after their normal eruption date which is 7-8 years of age. The eruption is considered delayed when the child is above 8 1/2 – 9 years old.
Since there is a history of trauma, and its of concern, an xray can be taken to identify and locate the position of the teeth. It will help in the decision of further treatment,
