Yup that's a common thing. U may have accidently broken some little fragment of teeth. U can meanwhile take some desentizing toothpaste for sensitivity and go to a dentist for the checkup of your concerned tooth cz you may need to smoothen edges of that teeth or reconstruct the lost part.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Tooth sensitivity has various causes. The most common reason is the exposed root which is exposed due to the recession of the gum. There are many factors which lead to sensitive teeth.

Irregular brushing technique with a worn off brush will certainly cause the tooth abrasion, gums to recede & thereby resulting in root exposure. Exposure of (dentin or cementum) layer of the tooth or trauma to the root nerve tissue causes Sensitivity. teeth become loose due to bone loss around teeth which can be due to multiple reasons for. Plaque and calculus and poor oral hygiene or any chewing habit are local factors responsible for bone loss
there can be multiple factors which are not related to mouth like diabetes or any other systemic illness. Please visit a dentist for consultation and get a check-up to know the exact reason and poosible solutions to get it corrected. Hope it will help.

Your tooth needs to be evaluated clinically and x ray needs to be done for proper management of your problem. Using a toothpaste for sensitivity issue won't help much till the actual cause for sensitivity is known. Kindly visit a dentist for the same.

Take antibiotics oral rinses n warm salt water gargles can help gingerly oil pulling or clove oil or local anaesthetic gel lidocaine can be useful for pain relief if you have decayed tooth on side of teeth can create pain n sensitivity while eating sweets and food take painkiller tablet n antibiotics tablet also if you have any questions please contact me 1edd.
