Both white sugar and brown sugar are not nutritious addition to the diet. Therefore, a person should limit the intake of sugar, as a part of a balanced and nutritious diet. Daily intake should be around 1- 2 teaspoons/ day.

It is very important to seek proper guidance and also make a plan for rehabilitation. Kindly talk your doctor so that your son can go for medical checkup as well as undergo required treatment (if necessary ).
