Are you on catheter or you r referring to urethra. If on catheter you need to change it and sister will teach you catheter care. Full antibiotic course according to urine culture.
If your urethra or meatus is inflamed you need to do urine test, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and urine culture test. Visit any urologist with test.

That dose is harmful.
Take syrup septillin 2tsf twice a day empty stomach. For 15 days. Chandanaasav 4tsf with equal amount of water after meals twice a day regularly for 1 month.
