I was having yeast infection but was asymptomatic with slight itching first I thought it's uti as I am suffering since october and been on antibiotics for more than a month .now everything was okay on last day of my antifungal medication morning around 10 I started having burning feel which was not like I have during uti and when I was getting checked for yeast I gave my urine culture too and routine those came normal. So morning I had a burning just near the vaginal opening not because of urination it was there for 3 to 4 hours and then it reduced and is back to normal but one day later when I sit now even I hold my urine for few sec while sitting it gives lil burn in the outer skin area. Not able to find out why that's happening and that too on 10th day of antifungal medication and my urine routine is normal too .i do have dryness since a long time because of medication maybe .pls help me out my yeast discharge has too shifter from cottage cheese to little slimy.

Recurrent utis can be complex. Homeopathy offers remedies like can notharis and sarsaparilla, which might help. However, it's crucial to find the underlying cause, especially given the negative culture and usg results.

I don't think there is any reason to worry as presence of a epithelial cells and pus cells there are indicator that you might be having a urinary tract infection which is quite common in women.
Additionaly I suggest you to go through urine culture and sensitivity to determine whether or not you have any microbial infection in the urinary tract.
To be on safer side you might consult a doctor for detailed evaluation to rule out pyogenic infections.
Thanks & regards.
