Stop ascoril syrup madam.
You probably have bronchial asthma you are early in pregnancy it's okay to do a spirometry (pft) test ,cbc with aec (absolute eosinophil count)
and also start mdi inhalers for entire pregnancy.
You can start mdi inhalers with prescription with consulting a chest physician like me what you have is we call it bronchial asthma so need to worry it's very common during pregnancy.
Just inhalers will help you.

Hi. Must have contracted covid 19. That can make airways hyper reactive post infective. Need to rule out background history of atopy/ allergy… allergic rhinitis/ bronchial asthma. Consult chest physician nearby. Need to start on regular inhalation therapy such as foracort. After proper work up. Spirometry/ ige level.
