Yes there are concerns regarding your report as your triglycerides and total cholesterol levels are spiking high. I would like to know details of the other risk factors associated by a one on one consult over text or video. Have you given your empty stomach? If not than these values are concerning as high cholesterol and triglycerides increases the risk of deposition in various arteries of heart, aorta, kidneys etc. These could decrease your life expectancy and cause early death.

please get an ecg done at the earliest. You should not have palpitations after walking for a few minutes. As for blood test reports, they are not an urgency as of now. If the ecg is normal you can contact again for medicine and lifestyle advise. However, if ecg is not normal, you must consult a cardiologist
