Agar tubectomy ho chuki hai to gabharane ki ya aur koi method istamal ki jarurat nahi hai. Koi bhi chij 100 % nahi hoti hai vo principle se bahut bahut kam failure ke siva kuch nahi hota

Yes can be reversed but successful only in some percent. Same way other treatment available is of test tube baby (IVF) again success only in certain percent.
