I got engaged 3 months ago. Arranged marriage. We talked for 4 months before the engagement. Few days after engagement my past relationship came up and things changed a bit. Now we don't talk like we used to do before engagement. Things get awkward sometimes. We both are trying to get past that rough patch but it affects me. I constantly miss how much we used to talk. You need to do an urgent MRI head to look for any growth or tumor in your pituitary gland. Also imaging for other tumors like medullary cancer of thyroid, neuroendocrine tumors, carcinoid tumor and a lung imaging also should be done. The cause need to be found out first.
