I got engaged 3 months ago. Arranged marriage. We talked for 4 months before the engagement. Few days after engagement my past relationship came up and things changed a bit. Now we don't talk like we used to do before engagement. Things get awkward sometimes. We both are trying to get past that rough patch but it affects me. I constantly miss how much we used to talk. You need to do an urgent MRI head to look for any growth or tumor in your pituitary gland. Also imaging for other tumors like medullary cancer of thyroid, neuroendocrine tumors, carcinoid tumor and a lung imaging also should be done. The cause need to be found out first. Treatment depends on the cause. If treated early a lot of complications can be prevented. Also have an eye on blood sugar, blood pressure and your bone health.

He earlier told me lies that his wife was not lovable just to trap me and when he succeeded in ruining my life now he is saying me all these things. My life has been destroyed. I am running through a divorce. I do not know what to do. I had also aborted one of his child. I can not live without him. I am all depressed and clueless. Please help me.
