Hi after reading what you have said I suggest you to get a blood test done which includes serum calcium levels and serum postassium levels. Is your chest pain burning type of pain? And can you elaborate on your head aches please.

It could be hereditary.
It could be due to thyroid problems it could be due to electrolytes imbalance.
It could be due to anxiety as well.
It could also be idiopathic that is there is no plausable explanation for some lf these cases.

1. check for any hypocalcemia (low calcium)in blood = S. calcium / S. albumin / vitamin D levels/i PTH levels .
2. avoid smoking / coffee / excessive physical activity
3. drink adequate water
4. take multivitamin / multimineral supplements for 1month .
5. if you are on any estrogen therapy for PCOD it can cause twitches especially in hands and legs .
6. review if symptoms continue
