Thats a normal report. Nothing to be worried. Distended gall bladder is normal in relation with food intake.

Hi, generally at 5wks gestational sac is not visible transabdominally. But not the fact that it will be seen in tvs. So better to wait for 10 days and then repeat.

Doctor has already advised and still you are wasting time.
Best is hysteroscopy + curratage, but at least curratage is must.
